Description
The appetizer is quick and easy to prepare. An appetizer with red fish is probably the most common dish on every holiday table. But why make ordinary sandwiches when there is a wonderful alternative—a simple recipe for salmon tartlets that will greatly diversify any holiday menu. There is absolutely nothing difficult here, especially considering that tartlet shells are sold in any store, so preparation will take only a couple of minutes. And I will gladly tell you how to make salmon tartlets using my recipe very quickly and deliciously. Serve the appetizer at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

First, remove the tartlets from the packaging and arrange them on a plate.

Step 2

Now for the filling: cut most of the fillet into cubes (don't forget that we need to set aside some fish for garnish). Chop the boiled eggs and onion into small cubes as well, add mayonnaise, and mix thoroughly. You can use leeks instead of regular onion; this will create a very attractive color combination.

Step 3

Spread the filling over the tartlets.

Step 4

Slice the remaining salmon fillet into thin slices and arrange them in a flower shape on each tartlet, add a small piece of lemon, and the appetizer is ready.
