Description
Suitable for both special occasions and everyday meals. To make saury tartlets, I needed one can of fish in its own juice. I hard-boiled the eggs in advance to shorten the cooking time. I recommend using store-bought tartlets—thin and light. If you like, you can make them yourself; it’s simple, but it will take quite a while. See the recipe. The appetizer is ready. Serve right away.
