
Tartlets with nuts and caramel
Description
The recipe won’t take much time. One of the important conditions for making these pastries is to chill the filling well. A hot filling will melt the dough, and the tartlets won’t turn out during baking. The baked goods are ready. Serve to the table.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

In a bowl, mix the egg, mayonnaise, sugar, and softened butter.

Beat the mixture with a fork so that the ingredients combine slightly.

Add flour, vanillin, and baking soda.

Start kneading the dough with a fork. As soon as the dough begins to come together into lumps, knead it by hand.

The finished dough should be soft, pliable, and not stick to your hands. Shape it into a ball and place it in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.

Make the caramel. Pour 160 ml of water over 300 grams of sugar, add a tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Place over heat and warm over medium heat until it comes to a boil. Cook for 25-35 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the nuts to the caramel. Stir, cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.

Add sour cream and 120 grams of butter. Stir.

When the filling has cooled, take the dough out of the refrigerator. Divide it into 12–14 pieces. Place them into molds.

Spread out the filling. Place in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 20–25 minutes.
