Step 1

1. First, peel the bananas, slice them into rounds, and drizzle them with lemon juice.
- 2
Step 2

2. Pour boiling water over the prunes, rinse them well, and remove the pits. Then cut them in half and slice into pieces.

Step 3

3. You need to choose a sufficiently fatty smoked sausage; salami works well. You can also use bacon (but not overly fatty bacon) for a uniformly juicy filling. The chicken will be dry if you don't add bacon and sausage. Boiled chicken breast, left overnight in the broth, deboned, skin removed, and cut into cubes.

Step 4

4. Mix the chicken meat, sausage, and prunes, add salt to taste, and distribute the mixture into the tartlets. Be very careful when adding the filling to avoid breaking the delicate tartlet shells. However, fill the tartlets generously, as the filling will settle during baking.

Step 5

5. Grate the cheese on a grater and sprinkle it over the tartlets. To make the cheese easier to grate, it's better to freeze it first.

Step 6

6. Place the tartlets on a baking sheet, then put it in the preheated oven for about ten minutes. The cheese should melt and turn golden brown. The dish is ready.
