Tartlets with Marinated Mushrooms
Description
This recipe won't take much time. A simple dish like homemade tartlets with marinated mushrooms was a real discovery for me at one point! When heated, the properties of any marinade intensify, so the marinated mushrooms in the tartlets become more piquant and slightly tangy, which contrasts nicely with the mildly sweet sautéed button mushrooms. A very interesting flavor — try this version. Can be served warm or chilled.
