
Tartlets with Salmon and Avocado
Description
Salmon tartlets turn out very tasty. In my opinion, all the proportions in this recipe are perfectly balanced, and every ingredient is in its place. But of course, you can refine your recipe, adding something that you feel will improve it and give it a special touch. Thoroughly wash the lemon. Remove the zest from it. Cut it into very thin slices (the thinner the better); you need 10 pieces. Squeeze the juice from the remaining lemon into a glass.

Wash the avocado, peel it, cut in half, and remove the pit. Cut into pieces and place in a blender; add herbs as well (I used parsley and dill). Drizzle with lemon juice and add a teaspoon of zest. Blend until smooth.

Add cream cheese to the avocado puree and blend everything thoroughly again in the blender. Transfer the resulting sauce to a plate and refrigerate for half an hour.

Shape the tartlets. Place a tablespoon of sauce in each tartlet, top with a slice of red fish, and garnish the appetizer with a slice of lemon. If any lemon juice remains, you can drizzle the tartlets with it once more.
