Description
Homemade salmon tartlets are a much more festive and impressive dish than ordinary sandwiches with the same salmon. Therefore, if you are expecting important guests, don’t hesitate to prepare such tartlets – it won’t take you much time, and the result will be stunning. I hope your salmon tartlets turn out just as tasty and beautiful as they did for me. Good luck The baking is ready. Serve at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

First, rinse the spinach with cold water and let it dry. Finely chop the onion and garlic. In a heated skillet with olive oil, add the onion and garlic, sauté until golden, then add the spinach. Reduce the heat and sauté for another 2–3 minutes, until the spinach leaves soften. Remove from heat, season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Transfer all the contents of the pan into the blender jar, add the cream cheese there as well, and blend everything until smooth.

Step 3

Roll out the puff pastry to a thickness of 2 mm, cut out six circles 6 cm in diameter. Make small cuts around the edges and form “rims”. Place the circles on a baking sheet greased with olive oil, brush with egg, and bake for 10–12 minutes at 190 °C. Then remove and, while still warm, shape them by hand into little baskets. Let cool.

Step 4

When the tartlet shells have cooled, fill them with a creamy spinach mixture and slices of salmon fillet. Garnish with dill and serve immediately – if the tartlets sit, they won’t be as tasty.
