Chicken and Mushroom Tartlets

Description

A delicious appetizer for any gathering. Chicken and mushroom tartlets can be prepared in advance, as even when served cold they do not lose their wonderful flavor. Serve the appetizer at the table.

    Peel the onion, finely chop, and fry in vegetable oil until golden.

    Cut the fillet into very small pieces and add them to the onion in the skillet. Fry for 10 minutes, then add the sliced mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes.

    On a baking sheet, arrange the ready-made tartlet shells and spoon a generous mound of filling into each one.

    Pour a little cream into each shell and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Place the baking sheet with the tartlets in the oven for 15 minutes at 200°C.
