Tartlets with kiwi and cream

Description

Goes perfectly with tea and coffee. These colorful cream tartlets will please everyone. Children will be especially happy with them—they love sweets like these. Don’t forget to brew fragrant tea or coffee and invite family and friends over for an evening get-together. You can also serve them with tea or coffee.

    Gently melt the butter, beat in the eggs one at a time, whisking lightly as you go, then add 2 tbsp granulated sugar and salt. There is no need to add baking powder. Mix the mixture thoroughly.

    Add the wheat flour and knead a firm shortcrust dough.

    Cover it with plastic wrap and chill for about 20 minutes.

    After the specified time, remove the dough and divide it among the molds in portions, filling each halfway. Press the dough into the bottoms and up the sides of the molds with your hands. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the molds for 15–20 minutes, no longer.

    In a ramekin or cream cup, mix together the sour cream, sugar, and thickener for sour cream or for cream. If you like, you can add a little pink or green food coloring.
