
Tartlets with Camembert
Description
Delicious pastries for the whole family. To prepare these tartlets, you will need the following ingredients: flour, eggs, and butter. Camembert works well as a filling. The pastry is ready. Serve at the table.

1. For tartlets, prepare crumbly shortcrust pastry. Mix the sifted flour with salt and add pieces of cold butter. Cut in with a knife until a crumbly texture forms. Add the egg and knead into an elastic dough. Shape the dough into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for thirty minutes. Roll out the chilled dough on plastic wrap into a 3 mm thick layer. Place tartlet molds on the dough and cut out circles of the desired diameter by pressing the molds down firmly.

2. Turn the molds upside down and use your fingers to evenly press the dough against the inner sides. Prick the dough with a fork. Place the pastry molds stacked inside each other, three to four at a time, and bake for about ten minutes at 180 degrees (the dough will become lighter in color and slightly dry). For the filling, mix the eggs with the cream.

3. Remove the molds from the oven and place three cubes of Camembert (each cube measuring 1.5 by 1.5 centimeters) into each mold.

4. Pour over with cream and egg mixture. Bake for 10-15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius, until the filling is set and turns golden brown.

5. Let cool on a rack and transfer to a serving dish. The tartlets are ready.
