Tartlets with Pear and Cheese
Description
This appetizer comes together quickly and easily. You can use any cheeses you like; if you enjoy mold-ripened cheeses, use those. I suggest using processed cheese, which will add a creamy note, and a hard cheese. These two options pair well with pear. We’ll bake the tartlets, and for the filling we’ll use cream and egg. I hope you enjoy the appetizer—it’s an excellent choice for a festive table.
