Tartlets with fruits and whipped cream
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can use absolutely any fruits you like to fill the tartlets. To keep the tartlets flat and thin, place a second mold on top of the prepared tartlets. After baking, remove the molds and leave the tartlets in the oven for another 2–3 minutes. This is exactly how I made mine, and this method works only with metal molds. Serve chilled.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making fruit tartlets with whipped cream. Freeze the butter in advance.

Step 5

Divide the dough into equal parts and distribute evenly into molds in a thin layer. Prick the bottom with a fork.

Step 6

Place the tartlets in a preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes until done. Let the baked tartlets cool, then carefully remove them.

Step 7

Peel the tangerines and separate them into segments, remove the membranes, cut the mango flesh into cubes, peel the bananas and slice them. Arrange the fruits into tartlets.
