Trout Tartlets
Description
One example of a savory tartlet is precisely this recipe. There's nothing complicated about it—smoked salmon is delicious on its own, and all we need to do is prepare a "basket" for it. To make these trout tartlets, you'll need cream cheese—such as Mascarpone, Philadelphia, or another variety. I recommend using Greek tzatziki seasoning; if you can't find it, Provence herbs will work as well. The pastry is ready. Serve it at the table.
