Tartlets with minced meat filling
Description
This appetizer is quick and easy to prepare. You must agree — making tartlets like these at home is a real pleasure. The recipe is quite simple; it doesn't require much preparation, a lot of time, or financial expense. In the end, you'll get many tasty and fragrant tartlets with filling. I assure you, the taste will amaze you — it's hard to imagine how such a light dish can turn out so delicious, nutritious, and beautiful. Tartlets with filling are a fairly calorie-rich dish, so I only make them for holidays. A New Year's table without tartlets with filling is not a complete table. Serve the appetizer at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix the flour with a teaspoon of dried dill, salt, and slightly softened margarine. Mix until the dough no longer crumbles. Then wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 2–3 hours.

Step 2

Remove the ready-made chilled dough from the refrigerator and roll it out so that it becomes about 2–3 cm wide. Place the dough into the molds; I use silicone muffin molds.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 200°C and place the tartlets in the oven for about 10–15 minutes. The tartlets should only lightly brown. Meanwhile, grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Then set it aside.

Step 4

Fry the minced meat in a pan with oil; you can add a little onion and carrot and herbs such as parsley or dill. Remove the ready-made tartlets from the molds and fill them with the fried minced meat. Sprinkle cheese on top (in a mound). Put the tartlets with minced meat in the oven for about 7–10 minutes. The dish should turn golden brown, and the cheese should melt. Done.
