Tartlets
Description
A delicious appetizer for any gathering. These eye-catching, appetizing tartlets are perfect not only for New Year's Eve but for any celebration. The combination of ingredients is simply exquisite, incomparably delicious, and very easy to prepare. A versatile finger food for any occasion; I especially recommend it as a New Year's appetizer—it dresses up the table and disappears in an instant. Serve the appetizer at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all ingredients according to the list. Choose tartlets made from crumbly shortcrust pastry. Cream cheese without additives. You can use any lightly salted red fish; I used trout.
- 2
Step 2

Cut the fish fillets into long, thin slices; if necessary, remove the bones.
- 3
Step 3

Cut the cucumber into thin slices using a vegetable slicer. Then cut each slice in half lengthwise and roll it into a roll.
- 4
Step 4

Fill the tartlets with cream cheese. You can do it simply with a spoon or using a piping bag.
- 5
Step 5

Arrange slices of red fish in a roll or rosette shape. Place several cucumber rolls next to them. Press the cucumbers and fish lightly into the curd mixture so they hold their shape well.
- 6
Step 6

In this way, decorate all the tartlets.
- 7
Step 7

Before serving at the festive table, you can garnish the appetizer with any fresh herbs. The “New Year’s” tartlets are ready. Happy upcoming New Year to everyone! Wishing you new happiness!
