Shortcrust Tartlets with Pastry Cream

Description

This recipe won't take much time. You can make the dough yourself or buy ready-made. In this recipe, I make the dough by hand, although you can also use a food processor. Baking the tartlets won't take long, but the preparation stage is quite lengthy. Eat the tartlets after they cool; they're best served with a cup of tea. Serve the appetizer to the table.

    1. Sift the flour into a bowl and add 1 tablespoon of sugar.
