
Potato Tartlets with Chicken Fillet
Description
For baking tartlet shells, choose molds that are not too deep. Ideally, they should be silicone. You can adjust the thickness of the potato layer when filling the molds; then the tartlet shells will be either crispy or soft. Choose according to your taste.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Wash the chicken fillet and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut into small cubes. Place in a preheated skillet with 1 tbsp vegetable oil.

When the fillet turns white, season with salt and add pepper to taste. Stir and remove from the heat.

Peel the potatoes and grate them on a medium grater.

Add the egg, salt, and lemon juice. Mix. Squeeze out the released juice.

Grease the molds with vegetable oil. Arrange the grated potatoes.

Place the pan-fried chicken fillet. Put the molds in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 25 minutes.

When the time is up, remove the pan with the tartlets and sprinkle with cheese. You can add as much as you like. Return to the oven until the cheese has melted.

Remove the baked tartlets from the oven. Let them cool slightly. Then transfer them.
