Tartlets made from black bread
Description
Perfect for the table and with drinks. Tartlets can be made not only from shortcrust pastry but also from bread. For black bread tartlets, you can use Borodinsky bread or rye bread if you find Borodinsky too sour or intense. Don’t be put off by the avocado and herring pairing—it turns out very original and interesting. The tartlets, like the filling, come out quite rich, hearty, and tasty.
