
Salad tartlets
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The tartlets turn out excellent. They hold their shape well and perfectly complement the flavor of the salad that will go inside. I recommend every home cook try this recipe. You will undoubtedly use homemade tartlets often once you taste these :) They can be served warm or chilled.

Prepare the main ingredients. We will need sour cream, butter, and sifted flour.

Add the flour to a bowl and grate the butter. Frozen butter is easier to grate, but butter that has reached room temperature will rub in better.

Add salt and rub the butter and flour into crumbs.

Add the sour cream and knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic. Shape the dough into a ball and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into several portions, distribute it among tartlet molds, and top with dry peas. This is so the bottom of the tartlet comes out even. Bake at 190°C for 35 minutes.
