
Tarragon soda
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Tarragon, also known as estragon, has a very strong aroma and gives a beautiful green color. Lemonade based on it can be served not only to family but also prepared for a festive table. You can add either just lemons or only lime juice to the lemonade. If desired, add ice to the pitcher for extra cooling.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making tarragon soda.

Put sugar into a saucepan and pour in water, cook for 2 minutes after boiling.

Rinse the tarragon, shake off the water, and separate the leaves from the stems. Place the leaves in the syrup and bring to a boil, then remove from heat. Cover the pan with a lid and let it steep for two hours.

Blend the tarragon with syrup using a blender until smooth.

Strain the mixture through several layers of cheesecloth.

Squeeze the juice from the lemon and lime. Pour the tarragon syrup into a pitcher, add the lemon and lime juice. Pour in the soda and serve.
