Instructions
- 1
Step 1

First, sauté the finely chopped onion in vegetable oil until translucent.
- 2
Step 2

Cut the beef into small cubes (about 1 cm on each side) and add to the onion.
- 3
Step 3

Fry over medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
- 4
Step 4

Then add the finely chopped celery and green onions to the skillet.
- 5
Step 5

When the meat becomes tender, add the canned beans to the skillet.
- 6
Step 6

Finally, add the tomato puree, chili, salt, and cumin ground in a mortar to the skillet. Stir, bring the mixture to a boil, then remove from the heat.
- 7
Step 7

Now let's focus on presentation. Take a wide plate, cover it with a bed of spinach, and arrange our taco boats on the spinach (the boats are sold in supermarkets).
- 8
Step 8

Fill the small plates with the hot filling—and the dish is ready. If desired, you can sprinkle grated cheese on top. Serve it either hot or cold (I personally prefer it hot).
