Tagliatelle with salmon
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Tagliatelle with salmon is not just Italian pasta, but a wonderful, hearty, and delicious dish! The history of tagliatelle goes like this: back in the fifteenth century, a chef invented them while preparing a festive wedding meal. The bride had long curly hair, so the chef created this unusual pasta especially for her. Of course, the associative link between hair and food isn't the most appetizing :) Nevertheless, today this pasta is very popular. So here's my recipe for tagliatelle with salmon—one of the most successful, in my opinion. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Cut the salmon into small, evenly sized pieces.

Step 2

Place the salmon in a high-sided skillet, add wine, and simmer the salmon in wine for about 4–5 minutes, until the liquid has mostly evaporated. Then add butter and cook the salmon over low heat, stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes. Add cream, lemon juice, and chopped parsley, and simmer together for about 2 minutes.

Step 3

Then add the tagliatelle and mix well, allowing them to absorb the salmon sauce. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top. Mix once again. The cheese will melt, and your tagliatelle with salmon is ready to be served!
