    Dissolve the taco mix (you can use meat seasoning) in water. Set aside.

    Season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion. Mix well. Shape into meatballs. Dip them in beaten egg. Mix the breadcrumbs and cornstarch. Roll the meatballs in the crumbs.

    Pour a tablespoon of oil into the skillet and fry the meat.

    When the patties turn golden brown (lightly browned), pour in the taco mixture.
