Tagine
Description
The recipe won't take much time. All the vegetables and meat turn out very juicy and tender. Thanks to the special lid, the condensation formed during cooking doesn't drip but runs back down the sides into the bottom of the dish. The ingredients cook in their own juices, becoming soft, moist, and aromatic. Serve the cooked meat with stewed vegetables or a light vegetable side dish. This meat will appeal to those who enjoy oven-baked meat. Serve hot.
