Description
Grease the bottom and sides of the pan with oil, sprinkle with flour, then place potato slices in the pan. Sprinkle with salt. Next, add the boneless drumstick cut into small pieces. Season again with salt and pepper. Place thinly sliced onion in rings on top of the chicken. Season with salt and pepper as well. Prepare the batter by mixing eggs, salt, sour cream, mayonnaise, flour, and baking soda, then pour it over the onion. Bake in an oven preheated to 180-190°C (356-374°F) for 45-50 minutes. Let cool in the pan. Invert the pie onto a flat serving plate.
