Hearty Bread Rolls
Description
Suitable for both holidays and everyday meals. This way of making roll-ups is very original and versatile. You can make them not only with ham and cheese, but also with mushrooms, any vegetables, seafood, and more. I like this version because you can always find the ingredients in the fridge. Instead of ham, you can use regular smoked meat—I usually do, simply because I always have it on hand. I definitely recommend making hearty bread roll-ups; they turn out very tasty. Serve warm or chilled.
