Hearty meat casserole with potatoes

Description

Homemade baked dish for tea. A very tasty dish with a minimal set of ingredients. Only meat, potatoes, and cheese. If possible and desired, you can add tomatoes or bell pepper to the casserole, for example. Before serving, sprinkle the dish with fragrant herbs. It can be served with tea or coffee.

    Place the sliced onion on the bottom of the baking dish.

    Then layer the sliced meat. Add salt and spices to taste.

    Slice the potatoes into rounds and spread them over the meat. Salt. Cover with foil and place in an oven preheated to 200 °C for 40 minutes.

    Then remove the foil, sprinkle the casserole with grated cheese, and bake it in the oven for another 20–30 minutes.
