Boil 300 ml of water with vegetable oil for 5 minutes. Then sift flour into a bowl and pour this water over it. Stir with a spoon, then knead until a dough forms.

Prepare the filling. Break the eggs into a bowl, add sour cream and mustard. Season with pepper and salt. Beat and mix until smooth.

When the dough has cooled, divide it into 10-12 portions. You should get 10-12 pancakes. Fry each for a few seconds in a pan.

Assemble the cake. Divide the filling equally among the layers of dough. Place the cake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
