
Cheese sauce for nachos
Description

Take a small saucepan. Melt the butter over medium heat and add flour, stirring constantly. Pour in the milk and stir until the mixture thickens.

Constantly stirring the sauce, add the cheese and salt. Continue cooking until the cheese melts and all ingredients are well blended.

Average cooking time: about fifteen minutes. If you like it spicy, add some jalapeño to the sauce after it's cooked.
