
Cheese pudding
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Any hard cheese can be used to prepare this pudding. It's best to bake it in a silicone mold; if you don't have one, a ceramic one will work too. To easily separate egg whites from yolks, it's better to use a special tool designed for this purpose. Serve chilled.

Prepare the ingredients.

In a bowl with a pinch of salt, beat the egg whites into a stiff foam.

Grate the hard cheese finely and add it to the egg yolks, then add the sour cream.

Add the flour and mix well.

Place the yolk mixture next to the egg white mixture. Mix everything carefully.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. If necessary, grease the dish with vegetable or butter.

Place the pudding in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
