Cheese pie

Description

Delicious baked treat for the whole family. Serve this golden cheese pie hot, but you can also let it cool and take it along on a trip, during travel, to work, school, or a picnic. Outdoors, the pie can be easily reheated on a grill or barbecue, and at work — in the microwave. The main thing is not to overbake it in the oven, so it doesn't burn! The recipe specifies a 22 cm diameter pan. The baked good is ready. Serve at the table.

Warm the butter in a deep container in the microwave or over a water bath, but do not bring to a boil. Break the chicken egg into the container, add salt and wheat flour. Quickly knead the shortcrust dough, then let it rest for 15 minutes, covered with plastic wrap. You may need slightly more flour, depending on the egg size.

After the specified time, the dough will be ready for baking.

Place mayonnaise in a deep container or substitute it with sour cream. Add a chicken egg to it, then grate three types of cheese on a fine grater, setting aside about 30 grams for sprinkling on top at the end, and mix everything thoroughly. If the "Feta" cheese is not salty, add 1-2 pinches of salt.

    Step 5

Place the dough into a deep baking dish with sides, slightly going up the edges. Cut the bacon into small cubes and place it in the center. Pour in the prepared filling and put the pie into a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. After the specified time, remove the pie and sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese. Return to the oven for another 5–8 minutes.
