Cheese Dip in a Bread Loaf

Description
A wonderful appetizer works well for a small gathering or a large family. If you have a loaf of bread at home (ciabatta or another light bread) and a little cheese, you can surprise any guest with a tasty and original dish. Crispy croutons with tender, stretchy cheese—what could be tastier? It can be served warm or chilled.

Cut a circle and a triangle from the loaf. Slice the removed crumb into strips.

Also cut the cheese into a circle and a triangle to match the size on the loaf and place them inside the bread.

Mix the butter with the seasonings and spread it on the bread, cheese, and bread strips.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until the cheese melts. Serve with croutons.
