Cheese triangles
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Yeast dough: Sift the flour into a bowl and mix thoroughly with the yeast. Add the remaining dough ingredients and, using a hand mixer, knead at low speed for 2–3 minutes, then at high speed for 5 minutes until a smooth, even dough forms. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place until noticeably increased in volume. Meanwhile, preheat the oven and grease a baking sheet (40 x 30 cm). Lightly dust the dough with flour, remove from the bowl, knead briefly on a floured surface, and roll out onto the prepared baking sheet. Filling: Peel the apples, remove the cores, slice thinly into rings, and arrange over the dough. Cut the blue mold cheese and goat cheese into slices and place on top of the apples. Sprinkle with Emmental cheese and pepper. Let the pie rise again until the dough has clearly increased in volume. Place the baking sheet in the middle of the oven. Top/Bottom heat: about 200°C (preheated) Convection: about 180°C (preheated) Baking time: about 30 minutes After baking, cut the pie into triangles and serve warm or cold with wine or beer. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
