Cheese Balls with Crab Sticks
Description
The appetizer is quick and easy to make. You can vary the balls made with crab sticks and cheese by adding any other ingredients you like (for example, herbs). You can make these balls ahead of time or prepare them right before your guests arrive. You can use hard or processed cheese, but it’s best not to skimp on the crab sticks—choose a quality product. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.

Step 1
1. I boil and peel the eggs, then grate them on a fine grater. I grate the hard cheese on a fine grater into a separate bowl, and I grate the crab sticks as well.

2. I put the boiled eggs, grated cheese, and half of the crab sticks into a bowl. I grate the garlic cloves on a fine grater and add them to the main mixture, dress with mayonnaise, and mix.

3. Form small balls and roll them in the second half of the crab sticks.

4. I arrange the appetizer on a plate and serve it with fresh cucumbers.
