Description

A tasty appetizer for any gathering. Here is a classic recipe for breaded cheese sticks. For this dish I use any hard cheese. The finished dish is served hot at the table with some additional sauce, for example barbecue. Happy cooking! It can be served warm or chilled.

    Cut the cheese into slices 1–1.5 cm thick. Which variety should you use? To be honest, it doesn’t really matter. The main thing is that the cheese must be hard.

    Break the eggs into a bowl. Whisk them well with a whisk.

    Now dip the cheese first in the egg mixture, then coat in breadcrumbs.
