Cheese Brooms for Halloween

The recipe won't take much time. Witch's cheese brooms are a delicious, fun appetizer that's very quick to make. You don't need to boil, fry, or bake anything—making one broom takes about 2–3 minutes, and if you get your family involved, the dish will be fully ready for everyone in 10–15 minutes.

Prepare the listed ingredients. Buy regular salted straw pasta and "Kosichka" cheese: salted or smoked (suluguni).

Open the cheese package and break it apart by hand into pieces. Then tear each piece into long strips. The thinner you tear them, the fuller your broom will be.

Cut the threads in half and join them. Place a stick of salted straw in the center.
