Cheese flatbreads with various fillings
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Divide the cheesy dough into 4 parts to make 4 flatbreads. Put filling into each flatbread—I made two with ham, one with cheese, and one with herbs. All four turned out delicious and tender; the dough stretched beautifully thanks to the generous amount of cheese—so tasty! Check out my recipe and give it a try.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients, sift the flour, finely chop the dill. Let's get started!
- 2
Step 2

The ham should be sliced as thinly as possible so that it is tender and does not "bulge" in the dough.
- 3
Step 3

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, setting aside 40-50 grams for the flatbread filling.
- 4
Step 4

Take a deep bowl for the dough. Pour in thick kefir, add sugar, salt, and baking soda. Mix well. Add all the grated cheese and half a cup of flour. Stir the mixture. Then add the remaining flour; the dough will be sticky, not firm.
- 5
Step 5

Dust the table with flour, divide the dough into 4 parts. Roll out each part of the dough not too thin, as the dough is cheesy, then add the filling.
- 6
Step 6

Gather the dough into a "bundle," then carefully flip it over and roll out the dough slightly.
- 7
Step 7

Heat the vegetable oil, place the pancake and fry until golden brown.
- 8
Step 8

The flatbreads are ready, serve them hot with sour cream.
