
Cheese crackers with chili
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. To make the dough more flavorful, I recommend using 3-4 types of cheese, as well as several kinds of spices. The crackers can be made small, as in this case, or using a larger mold. This snack goes wonderfully with beer and is great as a snack at home, at work, or outdoors. 1. Prepare aromatic spices or dried herbs to taste.

2. Grate the cheese and combine it in a blender bowl with the spices. Add salt and sifted flour. Mix. Then add the cream and diced butter. Blend once more.

3. Divide the finished dough into several parts, roll each into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap or paper and refrigerate for half an hour.

4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Roll out the dough thinly and cut into small squares.
