Cheese baskets
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. These cheese baskets are best prepared in advance, one day before the celebration. Just before the event, you can fill them and serve immediately. Avoid over-salting the filling, as Parmesan cheese baskets are quite salty on their own. Serve warm or chilled. Ideal with tea.
Instructions
- 1

Step 2
Transfer the cheese-covered sheet to a microwave-safe dish.

Step 3
Cook at maximum power for 20 seconds + another 10 seconds. Make sure the cheese doesn't burn, so you can cook with pauses.

Step 4
Transfer the sheet with hot cheese rounds to the table, quickly remove the cheese rounds and place them over inverted cups or glasses with a round bottom. Gently press the cheese against the sides of the cups and let them cool completely.
