
Cheese Muffins with Kefir
Description

Prepare the ingredients listed. You may use any cheese: hard or soft brined, but not processed cheese.

Pour kefir of any fat content into a deep container and crack in the chicken eggs. Add salt and whisk everything thoroughly.

Grate hard cheese on a fine grater directly into the container.

Pour in the vegetable oil and mix everything thoroughly.

Add the top-grade wheat flour and baking powder. Fold them into the mixture. You should get a slightly thick but not dense dough with small pieces of cheese in it.
