Cheese pancakes with dill
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. The taste of the pancakes largely depends on the type of cheese, so keep this in mind when choosing your cheese. I don't add any spices, as I think dill is quite enough to highlight the cheesy flavor without overpowering its wonderful taste. Give it a try! Serve cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Prepare the ingredients for the pancakes. Let's get started!

Step 2

2. Take a deep container suitable for whisking. Combine the eggs with sugar and salt, and mix thoroughly with a whisk.

Step 3

3. Pour in the milk, add flour and baking powder. Mix with a whisk or mixer until the batter is smooth and lump-free.

Step 4

4. Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater, add it to the dough along with dill. Mix well.

Step 5

5. Pour in the vegetable oil (reserve one spoonful for greasing the pan). Mix well.

Step 6

6. Heat the skillet and brush it with a silicone brush. Remove excess oil with a paper towel. Pour the batter onto the skillet with a ladle and spread it evenly over the entire surface with a circular motion of your hand.

Step 7

7. As soon as one side is browned, flip the pancake and cook the other side. The pancakes flip easily and don't tear; they are slightly thicker than regular milk pancakes (thanks to the cheese).

Step 8

8. Cheese pancakes with dill are ready. Be sure to serve sour cream with the pancakes. Enjoy!
