Prepare all ingredients.

Combine the flour, salt, mustard powder, and pepper.

Add cold butter grated on a coarse grater and finely grated cheese.

Mince a garlic clove, add an egg yolk and herbs to taste.

Knead the dough. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Then roll it out into a sheet 3-4 mm thick. Cut the dough into squares 4-5 cm in size, after which cut the squares diagonally and you will get triangles.
