Cheese cookies made from puff pastry
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. Cheese cookies can be easily and quickly baked from ready-made puff pastry. I suggest using processed cheese—it’s soft, creamy, and tasty. If you don’t have processed cheese, take regular hard cheese—it also works. To add flavor, I sprinkle the dough with Herbes de Provence, and the cookies turn out to be snack‑like.
