Cheese pancakes in a multicooker, steamed
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. As you can see even from the photo, cottage cheese pancakes cooked in a multicooker on steam turn out light, incredibly tender, and simply melt in your mouth. I've described in detail how to prepare steamed cottage cheese pancakes in a multicooker. It takes longer to describe than to cook. You can serve them with anything you like—sour cream, jam, or simply with fresh berries. These steamed cottage cheese pancakes made in a multicooker make an excellent, filling breakfast! They're also good enough to serve as a dessert. Serve them cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl: cottage cheese, sugar, flour, vanilla, egg.
- 2
Step 2

We knead the cottage cheese dough and leave it in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
- 3
Step 3

From the cooled dough, take small balls, roll them in flour, and shape into syrniki.
- 4
Step 4

Your cheese pancakes should turn out something like this.
- 5
Step 5

I pre-fry them in vegetable oil to get a golden, appetizing crust.
- 6
Step 6

Now place the cheese pancakes into the multicooker bowl and sprinkle with sugar.
- 7
Step 7

Turn on the "steaming" mode for about 5 minutes, so that the sugar turns into syrup and soaks the cheese pancakes.
- 8
Step 8

And here our cheese pancakes are ready.
