Instructions
- 1
Step 1

To make syrniki, prepare the ingredients you need. Choose cottage cheese that is not too moist, or you will have to add more flour.
- 2
Step 2

Place the cottage cheese in a bowl. If necessary, mash it with a fork for a more uniform consistency. You can press it through a sieve.
- 3
Step 3

Then fold the sugar and egg into the cottage cheese.
- 4
Step 4

Add salt, vanillin, and flour with baking soda. Depending on how moist the cottage cheese is, you may need a little more flour.
- 5
Step 5

Using your hands, shape small syrniki and coat them in flour. Bear in mind that they will increase in size during baking.
- 6
Step 6

Preheat the multi-baker until hot. Before the first batch, grease with vegetable oil and place two cheese pancakes. Close the lid and cook for 4–6 minutes. Adjust the time to suit your appliance.
- 7
Step 7

The syrniki have puffed up and turned golden brown. Transfer them to a plate.
- 8
Step 8

Let the syrniki rest a little so they cool slightly. Serve with condensed milk or sour cream.

Step 9

Enjoy your treat!
