Description

Delicious baked goods for the whole family. These syrniki differ from ordinary ones in a more tender, airy texture thanks to coconut flour, and they are more wholesome thanks to the addition of Jerusalem artichoke. You can grate the Jerusalem artichoke on a coarse grater and lightly fry it in a pan before adding it to the cottage cheese, but raw is more nutritious. Syrniki can be served with sour cream, jam, condensed milk, tea, or milk. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

    Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making cottage cheese pancakes with Jerusalem artichoke.

    Mix both types of flour with the baking powder and salt, and add to the bowl with the cottage cheese. Peel the Jerusalem artichoke and grate it on a fine grater.
