Syrniki with Nutella
Description
Tasty baked goods for the whole family. There are many recipes for syrniki (cottage cheese pancakes)—with all kinds of fillings or plain. Today I suggest making syrniki with Nutella. They are very easy and quick to make. Homemade farmer’s cheese (cottage cheese) works best. You can skip the sugar if you like. Serve these Nutella-filled syrniki with tea or any other beverage. Your bake is ready. Bring it to the table.

Step 5

Shape the syrupniki*, place a small amount of Nutella in the centre, and seal the edges so the chocolate hazelnut spread stays inside. *If you meant Ukrainian/Russian cottage-cheese patties often called syrniki, use: “Shape the syrniki”; if generic cheese pancakes, say “Shape the cheese patties”. Here is the safest neutral version: Shape the patties, place a small amount of Nutella in the centre, and seal the edges so the chocolate spread stays inside. Actually the Russian says "сырники" which is cheesecakes/pancakes - syrniki. Standard translation: "Form the syrniki, place a small amount of Nutella in the middle, and pinch the edges together so the chocolate-hazelnut spread is enclosed." Or simpler: "Shape the cottage cheese patties (syrniki), put a little Nutella in the center, and seal the edges so the paste stays inside." The user said translations only - "Nutella" and "Nutella brand" - in Russian оно часто просто как бренд. "шоколадная паста" = chocolate spread. Final clean translation preserving meaning: Shape the syrupniki, place a small amount of Nutella in the centre, and seal the edges so the chocolate spread stays inside.
