
Cottage cheese pancakes with semolina and raisins
Description
Homemade pastries for tea. Delicious syrniki with a golden crust are so tempting, especially for dessert after a hearty lunch or dinner. Neither adults nor children will refuse such a treat if you serve them with sour cream or sweet sauces, jam. Serve chilled or slightly warm.

Prepare the listed ingredients. Choose cottage cheese that is not wet; otherwise, the cheese mixture will spread in your hands while shaping.

Rub the cottage cheese through in a deep bowl with salt and sugar, crack in the chicken eggs, and whisk everything thoroughly.

Stir semolina into the mixture and leave for 20 minutes to swell.

Add the sifted premium wheat flour, reserving a little for coating, and the raisins, then mix.

Wet your hands in water and shape the dough into small patties, flatten them, and coat them in wheat flour. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil.
