Cottage cheese pancakes with semolina without flour
Description
I make these cheese pancakes without adding flour, using regular starch for coating. The pancakes turn out tender, so I carefully place them onto the skillet. Serve the finished dish with sour cream, jam, or preserves. Enjoy warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
