
Syrniki with kiwi
Description
This recipe won't take much time. Children happily eat this dessert for breakfast or as an afternoon snack. You can suggest they pack the syrniki for school or a trip. The dish is especially good with sour cream, jam, topping, or sweet syrup. Serve cold or lightly warm.

Prepare the listed ingredients.

Put cottage cheese of any fat content into a deep bowl, add sugar and salt, and crack in a chicken egg. Rub all the ingredients in the bowl together thoroughly.

Peel the kiwi and rinse it in water. If the fruit is large, use one; if small, use two. Cut it into small cubes and add the pieces to the dough. Gently mix.

Add half of the wheat flour and mix it into the cottage cheese mixture.

Sprinkle the remaining flour onto a plate. Moisten your palms in water and shake off excess moisture. Shape round portions from part of the dough and coat them in flour on all sides.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and add all the prepared pieces. Fry for a minute or two on each side until golden brown.
